Okay I was thinking if we're all on board for that, it could go two ways- Marcus and/or Dutch are compelled to say yes to moving in with Matty, or something happens to one of their apartments (it starts on fire) (water leak) (a mouse or bug infestation) and they agree to move in with him while their apartment is being fixed up.
If you do emotions!Marcus he might even just want to (going more along with the compelled route)
Since this is happening pretty quick we can always handwave he told them about his house and recently moved in. It's just a house in the countryside near-ish Candlewood Apartments I think.
